Syrup Manufacturing Plant

Our syrup manufacturing plant brings sugar melting, manufacturing, filtration and storage together into one closed, hygienic system. Vessels are linked through SS piping and transfer pumps, so the product moves from step to step with less manual handling and lower risk of contamination.

Liquid & Syrup

Sugar Syrup Plant

A dedicated plant for preparing sugar syrup — the base of most liquid oral products. The jacketed melting vessel heats and dissolves sugar evenly, and the syrup is filtered and transferred to storage vessels ready for the manufacturing stage.

Ointment Manufacturing Plant

Our ointment manufacturing plant is built for semi-solid products such as ointments, creams, gels and lotions. It typically includes a wax phase vessel, a water phase vessel and the main manufacturing vessel with stirrer and homogeniser, connected through a central control panel.
